1 Green Premium
Electricity consumers pay a separate green premium to KEPCO in addition to their regular electricity bills to purchase renewable electricity.

Participate in the green premium bidding announced by KEPCO to purchase renewable electricity.
2 REC Purchase
Electricity consumers can purchase renewable energy RECs that are not used to fulfill RPS obligations through a certificate (REC) trading platform for electricity consumers established by the Korea Energy Agency.
Electricity consumers can buy electricity or RECs and submit the purchased RECs to the renewable energy usage management system to obtain a "Renewable Energy Usage Certificate," which can be used for RE100 compliance and other purposes.
3 Third-party PPA
Electricity consumers can purchase renewable energy power by entering into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with a renewable energy power generator through KEPCO as an intermediary.
Electricity consumers purchase renewable energy power and use the issued "Renewable Energy Usage Certificate" for RE100 compliance and greenhouse gas reduction efforts.
4 Direct PPA
Electricity consumers enter into a direct power purchase agreement with renewable energy power suppliers to buy renewable energy power.
Consumers purchase renewable energy power and use the issued "Renewable Energy Usage Certificate" for RE100 compliance and greenhouse gas reduction efforts.
5 Self-consumption
Electricity consumers install and directly use their own renewable energy facilities.
Consumers use the renewable energy electricity and obtain a "Renewable Energy Usage Certificate," which can be used for RE100 compliance and other purposes.
